It's April already and I can see summer posts on the blogs I follow and my pin-spiration too !

I can't believe we have completed four months of 2014 already and I have so much of happenings in my life and so much to share with you all !

Firstly, an overhaul for this blog and lots of photo-projects coming up for you all to see : ) A bright new structure for the photo-business and lot other related things.

Secondly, a new addition to the photography kit is the ever-so-awesome Canon 6D and sweeeet 50mm 1.2

And thirdly, a recent shoot that I did...

I have been a Yoga fan almost all my life and had stopped practising for almost three years now. I wanted to start practising Yoga and the search for it guided me to THE YOGA HOUSE.

The Yoga HouseThe Yoga House has newly shifted to Nargis Villa.

Housing a yoga studio, a shop and a health food cafe, the concept of The Yoga House has been designed to share a system of living based on authenticity and awareness. I wanted to go there from a long time and I had the perfect opportunity when Insiya was hosting up a workshop there.

Maud Chauffart is the brain behind this amazing concept and hosts  workshops too. Maud is a trained dancer and gymnast and was first introduced to Yoga in New York in 1998.

Leaving behind a successful business career in PR and Public Affairs, she moved to India to get closer to yoga in its traditional aspect. She opened a Yoga Studio in Mumbai and Bangalore – The Yoga House, where she teaches. Maud is also co-founder of YOGALAYA blog (, for practioners of yoga and those seeking a deeper understanding of the spiritual and philosophical roots that underpin the physical practice of yoga.

Maud at her best !

Located in a tranquil bungalow in Bandra West, The Yoga House is the ideal spot to unwind and detoxify in Bombay. It offers various classes of traditional styles of yoga conducted by a group of experienced qualified and dedicated teachers. I would highly recommend you all taking up regular workshops here to beat the summer heat and we might run into each other and chat over The Yoga House Cafe's Pink Juice and other scrumptious delicacies.  :)

Happy Summers !
